Death of Denominations (Part 1)

It’s become clear during the last decade that the day of the denomination is over, and it’s just a matter of time before we will see the denominations drastically change their philosophies and structure.    By the end of this decade I think we will all be shocked at how much had changed in regards to church structure.

We are in the middle of a transformation.  No longer are pastors and churches in relationship with others in their denomination simply because there is a common doctrine or history.   Instead, pastors and churches are networking based off the individual cultures of their congregation.  Ministries network over music style (not  even the same songs . . . but the vibe and presentation), teaching topics, length of service and common resources (such a conferences, books and church growth specialists).   Denominational churches used to share a common culture, but not so today.   Tomorrow, we will discuss how churches are relating today.
