If your single, don’t feel like you are missing out on Valentines. God has a plan for your life, and it very well could include a future marriage. However, your life is great with or without a mate. God has a plan for you as an individual, and today is the day to embrace that.
So many people who have married simply to have a spouse, and have not waited for a good mate, have regretted their short-sited decision. It’s much worse to be in a bad marriage then it is to have temporary times of loneliness as a single. If you do marry someday, you will look back on all the wasted energy you spent fretting over your singleness with regret. In fact, there may be some days you will actually miss the solitude and simplicity of being single. Singleness is a gift, not a disease.
So whether your single or married, let’s make this Valentines about God. As we realize that He is the fulfillment of our deepest desires, then our current or future romantic love will mean more!
If any of you have encouraging words for singles, leave a comment.
My dear single brothers and sisters in Christ,
Please medidate, the Word of God, states
“Proverbs 19:14 Houses and riches are an inheritance from fathers, But a prudent wife is from the LORD
Proverbs 18:22 He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the LORD.”
Therefore it is clear that life partner is from Lord our God. Therefore wait and ask in prayers
“Luke 11:13, If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!”
Then Lord will bless you to glorify Him for generations as the Word says
“Ephesians 3:20, To Him who is able to do immeasurably more than we ask or imagine for, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be the glory in the churches for generations and generations for ever and ever”
And for my married brothers and sisters in Christ,
If you are already married be happy. Exercise all the fruits of spirit in your married life.
“Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.”

Praying for my single friends today, that they realize that marriage and romance is not the answer to happiness in life. Praying for all my married friends to have a deeper love than the commercialism of one day.
