I have been working quite some time on a “Growth Track” to help all of us at CIL to grow together.  We’re calling this process CIL Forward.

I want us to move all of us forward in God’s vision from YOU to US to ALL.

I’ll be explaining all this on Wednesday nights, and you’ll be hearing a lot about this process over the next few months.
